Refund Policy

KLR School
If for any reason you attend a KLR Marketing school and are not satisfied with the school within 14 days we will refund you the cost of the school. You will return the folder, flash drive and any course materials given at the school.

Please provide us with the information outlined below. This information must accompany all refund requests.

If you cancel your registration and attendance at a KLR Marketing school within 14 days prior to the school we reserve the right to charge catering and venue fees already committed for your attendance.

Mastermind Membership

If you are a KLR Mastermind Member we require 30 days notice by email or by the resignation form inside your membership portal prior to your resignation taking place.

You will lose access to the Mastermind portal, tools and calculators and

the KLR Web App Calculator after 30 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge" replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in the case of international orders) to us for assessment.

METHOD OF REFUNDS
KLR Marketing Pty Ltd will refund to your credit card or refund by EFT 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.
